Calling all Volunteers from 11-12 school year...it's time to reactivate!

All approved volunteers from the 2011-2012 school year (i.e., individuals approved as volunteers prior to 6/30/12) must re-activate no later than 10/31/12 in order to continue as approved volunteers during the 2012-2013 school year.

Additionally, after 10/31/12, the volunteer system will be open from 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. on Mondays only beginning 11/5/12 through 5/20/13 with the exception of the follows dates: 12/24/12, 12/31/12, and 1/21/13.

Our media center is open each morning and we will support you in activating if you come by during the school day.  You must reactivate on a WCPSS computer.  You can go to any school to complete this process.  Please call us at 919-890-7333 if you have any questions.  Thank you.
