Family Fitness and Fun Night is one day away! Tomorrow evening is our Family Fitness Night from 6:30-8:00 p.m. Come join us in the Multipurpose Room to learn about healthy, safe and actively lifestyles for the whole family!
All of the activities are FREE! There will be activities for all ages, live demonstrations, useful information, door prizes, NCSU Wuf mascot, the Chick-fil-A Cow...and so much more. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes so you can have a great and safe time!
